Two new Upload Young Entrepreneurs Experiences

 

UPGRADE

 

Saturday 9 - Sunday 10 January, 2010. Residential (Glasshouse Mtns Eco-Lodge)

A weekend of upgrading business knowledge and skills, challenging and expanding personal horizons, and working on real change in the world. Upgrade is for people already working in their business who want:

To immerse themselves in a community of like-minded peers and mentors
To rethink and reimagine their business through interaction and reflection
To take a step back from their business and look at their lives as a whole

The Upgrade program will be custom-built for participants as they express interest in attending, with emphasis on the Edgeware DNA:

How do I make my business more sustainable?
How does my business figure in the meaning I make of my life?
How does my business make a difference to the world?

Guest presenters will be invited to interact with participants, either in formal presentations or informal round tables, coaching sessions and discussions. Ample time will be given to reflection and dialogue among participants themselves.

Fee: $440 (incl. GST)

SPEED COACHING


An intensive half-day coaching session with Edgeware founder Michael Doneman, taking place at the Glasshouse Mountains Eco-Lodge during the course of the Upload camp.

Speed Coaching is intended for people already in the early stages of their business, who need a fast fix of:

New thinking
New knowledge
New energy
Criticism
Creativity
Purpose
Joy

Michael's coaching style is direct, good humoured and insightful. Based on his experience of working with more than 300 'Edgies', he helps his clients develop realistic and measurable tactics and actions for growing their business and growing themselves through their business. While the Speed Coaching sessions are not directly related to the Upload camp taking place at the same time at Glasshouse, clients have the option of meeting and interacting with the young entrepreneurs at the camp and some of the presenters, or enjoying the bushland peace of our setting.
