Each coach brings a wide variety of skills and experience to helping you succeed as an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur or leader. We advise on which coach (or which mix of coaches) will be best in order for you to achieve a particular goal (and measure that achievement), and we’re happy to consult and provide an obligation free estimate of coaching program and fees.
The advantage for our clients in working directly with an Edgeware Coach is that because of our many years of experience and our common understandings of the needs of innovators, startups and people going through changes, the client has access to the knowledge and wisdom of all of the coaches at no extra cost. (We network very effectively!) This opens up an enormous network of resources and experience not available in more conventional coaching offerings.

Our customers, Edgies, often follow through from our courses into actual, viable, ethical businesses. Their livelihoods are sustainable and deliberate and meaningful.
And problematic. They know they need intensive ‘just in time’ growth or change, and they’re too busy for courses. (Australia has very poor participation by small business in vocational training.) And it happens that volatile times require dealing with change, so it’s something all startups and small enterprises have to face. Or not.
Edgeware offers coaching as a menu of experiences, where this menu is designed for clients with clear needs and limited resources. Menu items may include focused work with a particular coach, or a mixed bag of hours and conversations with a number of coaches – a couple of hours with one coach on a particular strategy for growth, say, followed by some hours with another coach on the actual implementation of that strategy. And we’re on the net – online conferencing and phone connections are part of the language.
