Program | Workshop
YOU want and need to inspire, build and sustain innovation in your company or organisation.
The true meaning of entrepreneurship is innovation and anyone can innovate. Intrepreneurship describes those who wish to innovate from inside existing structures.
This program aims to develop and sustain entrepreneurial skills to foster a culture of innovation within existing organisations, based on principles of organisational psychology. The program is delivered in the workplace through two full-day seminar/workshops, followed by nine two-hour workshops and a final half-day session where program outcomes are presented.
Your time commitment and needs define the course. Programs are custom-designed for you using these building blocks:
- personal mastery - topics that will enhance the confidence, skill or knowledge of an individual,
- relationship management - topics that will enhance supervisor/subordinate or peer/peer relationships,
- infrastructure management - topics (example, finance, human resources, equipment) that pertain to supporting the primary task,
- knowledge management - topics that pertain to our primary task or service,
- client management - topics that strengthen or invigorate our understanding of and relationship with the intended beneficiaries of our product or service, and
- external environment - topics that increase our understanding of and opportunity to positively influence the external environment within which all of the previous topic areas exist.
Six Impossible Things is offered as a customised and tailored program of activity, and also offered as a two-day workshop introducing the tools and their uses. For information on the workshop version, click here.
